When you register for our general service (email alerts) we need to know your email address. When you register for the members service we ask for: name, address, telephone number, name of organisation, email address and reasons for wanting access to the members area.

We gather this information to assess applications for membership against criteria for membership. The relevant information is then used by us, our agents to provide you with information about site updates or access to the members area) and to communicate with you on any matter relating to adult education.

We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.
